PDP Xbox One wired legacy adapter is pre-owned, in nice shape overall, thoroughly tested recently and works perfectly! Does NOT have its original box. Also included is a brand new, never opened, plastic inside casing / still fully sealed Madcatz Midi Pro Adapter for Xbox 360. It's important to note that these adapters are prone to having a sticky residue from the rubber/plastic cover breaking down. And it looks like this one MAY have been spared and not have this issues but I can't be sure just judging by the unopened package and plastic see-through front.

Again, almost any sealed adapter is likely (but not guaranteed) to have this issue, whether it is known and/or disclosed or not.
